We are currently having adverse performance on this kvmhost serving VPS, and are investigating the causes. We expect to have it back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Update 8.45am - Our engineers have identified a possible network/switch issue. Resolving this issue is our top priority. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
Update 10:45am - Our engineers are still working to resolve this issue, running diagnostics on network equipment connecting to this server. Once again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Update 1.45pm - Our engineers have eliminated the possibility of a hardware failure, and are continuing to investigate this issue as an absolute top priority.
Update 5.00pm - Our engineers are continuing to actively investigate this issue and we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
